Visit 989WCLZ.com beginning 12:01am Monday, December 31st and in no more than 100 words “share your favorite concert experience” by 11:59pm January 13th , 2013 for a chance to win the grand prize, a pair of tickets to every State Theatre concert that WCLZ sponsors and 2 passes to every Studio Z performance with an audience, for the year of 2013.  An approximate retail value of $2,000 and is subject to change based on the concerts booked by the State Theatre.  You must submit through UPICKEM at 989wlcz.com.  WCLZ will choose five finalists based on the judges’ discretion of the description of the favorite concert experience.  WCLZ will attempt to contact the five finalists, on January 14th between 9am and 4pm, to record their submission.  WCLZ is not responsible if finalists are not available on January 14th to be recorded. WCLZ will continue to make an effort to record their submission.  WCLZ will post the :60 recorded and written submissions on 989wclz.com for listeners to vote for their favorite at or around 12 noon January 16th through 8am January 21st.   Voting is to be one vote per person per day. If an entrant receives multiple and/or irregular votes or multiple votes from the same user or users, including but not limited to, votes generated by a robotic, programmed, script, macro, other automated means or other source,  the Station reserves the right to disqualify the entrant in its sole discretion. Each top five finalist will receive a pair of passes to see Keane in Studio Z at the State Theatre on January 30th, 2013. The entry with the most votes will win the grand prize. If there is a tie, then the winner will be determined by a random drawing of the tied submissions. Grand prize winner and top five finalists will be notified via email and/or phone no later than January 22nd .  Top five finalist Keane ticket winners and the Grand prize winner will be awarded by January 25th.   The grand prize winner will be required to complete the appropriate tax forms at the WCLZ studios prior to claiming prize and will be sent a 1099 MISC federal tax form.  WCLZ’s sole responsibility is to award the Studio Z passes and concert tickets.  WCLZ will have no further responsibility if the winner does not attend the Studio Zs or State Theatre concerts.  To enter, you must be 18 or older and a Maine or New Hampshire resident. One entry per person, per household.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

WCLZ-FM reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value.

Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the contest commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the contest.

Entrants further grant to WCLZ-FM the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Contest.

WCLZ-FM reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Contest, including information on contestants obtained through the contest, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.

The Contest and all of the related pages, contents and code are copyright, UPICKEM, and/or WCLZ-FM. Copying or unauthorized use of any copyrighted materials, trademarks or any other intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.

Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release all Sponsors, and their parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.

UPICKEM and WCLZ-FM are not responsible for Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, natural disasters or acts of man or God.

All results posted are unofficial until winners respond to e-mail notification.

Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and will be required to complete an IRS form W-9. Sponsor reserves the right to withhold prizes until completed form W-9 is received.

This contest is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that a contestant is using the contest for gambling purposes they will be disqualified and reported to authorities.

WCLZ-FM reserves the right to change the rules at any time.
